3. ORDER PROCESSING
- Order processing begins once the full payment has been credited to our bank account PL81 1750 1309 0000 0000 2095 0935. Please include the order number in the payment title (e.g., "Order number: #1112").
- If paying by card, your order is automatically approved.
- The Store will make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. The standard processing time is the next business day, but during peak periods (e.g., holidays), it may extend to up to 2 business days.
- Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the first business day following the order date.
- For international orders, processing time may be extended due to shipping duration and customs clearance.
- The Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other factors beyond the Store's control (e.g., customs delays).
4. PRODUCT DELIVERY
- The product is delivered to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the order.
- The shipping cost depends on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination country. The cost will be displayed during the ordering process.
- The Buyer acknowledges that shipments outside the EU may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or other export-related costs, which must be covered by the Buyer. These additional customs charges are calculated by the local customs office. We are not responsible for these extra costs. Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable. Any import duties and taxes are charged upon the package’s arrival in the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Customs regulations vary by country, so for questions regarding customs charges, we recommend contacting the local customs office. If you refuse to accept the shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any incurred import fees, and the return shipping cost to Devoti Sailing PL. This amount will be deducted from the refund. If the return shipping cost exceeds the original purchase amount plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned, and you will not receive a refund.
- The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete address details. The Store is not responsible for delays or returns resulting from incorrect address information.
- The Buyer must check the package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, it should be immediately reported to the courier, and all necessary formalities should be completed with them. If the Buyer fails to do so, we will not accept claims or issue refunds.
